- Identify and realise £25m savings in-year – Achieved
- Develop a transformation capability within the organisation
- Support the organisation with the formal consultation process as part of the PMO, improvement and transformation team restructures
- Design and recruit to a transformation and improvement team including supporting roles and responsibilities
Impact
- £3.1m of recurrent cost savings realised following corporate targeted restructure
- Demonstrated ‘true ROI’ of a transformation function within the hospital, improving the team's reputation
- Improved transformation team capability, capacity and skillset through ongoing training and coaching and recruitment to newly designed roles
