    We worked with Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust) for over nine months to accelerate urgent care improvement, enhance flow, and embed sustainable change; achieving measurable performance gains, clinical ownership, and recurrent savings.

  • King’s College Hospital | UEC Transformation

    Delivered a two-year UEC transformation programme. From design, facilitation and ensuring sustained improvements were achieved across the Princess Royal University Hospital site.

  • Croydon University Hospital | Transformation

    Designed and established a transformation capability for the acute site. Delivering UEC improvement and Planned Care improvement programmes. Facilitated consultations and role design to embed a core permanent team.

  • King's College Hospital | Planned Care Transformation

    Delivered a two-year transformation for theatres and elective care across both Princess Royal University Hospital and Denmark Hill sites. Ensuring alignment to GIRFT standards and delivering standardised care.

  • Croydon Health services | Cost Improvement

    Lead and delivered transformation elements of the annual cost improvement programme, ensuring delivery of savings. Initiatives included restructuring of corporate services, and closure of an inpatient ward.

  • Bermuda Hospitals Board

    Supported Bermuda Hospitals Board in delivering a $30m savings programme within 12 months by improving clinical productivity, reducing staffing costs, and embedding data-driven efficiency across radiology and dialysis services.

  • Black Country ICB | Vaccination and Immunisation Programme Review

    Completed a comprehensive review of the system wide vaccination and immunisation services ensuring value for money and optimum delivery of services. Drafted full business case for future services.

  • Croydon Health Services | Admin and Clerical Review

    Redesign of admin and clerical services across the acute and community to achieve cost savings. Review of work processes and technology used to ensure efficient delivery of services.
